Classic Frame is made from sustainably sourced wood and is supplied ready to hang with a fine-art print. Its current Classic Frame range includes eight frame colours and Perspex or moth-eye glazing options.

All orders are carefully printed, packaged and shipped by our trusted print fulfilment partner, Prodigi. Express orders are shipped using a tracked courier service, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times vary depending on the artwork, destination and fulfilment location. Production time is additional to shipping time. Most orders are dispatched within 1–4 working days, while many wall art products are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated Express delivery time will depend on your destination and the shipping service available for your order.

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs, incorrect address details, courier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped, so you can follow your artwork's journey to you.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist.

As our prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Once we have received the necessary verification, we will be happy to arrange a free replacement.
